They met three years ago in college madrigal choir.

The night we met her, she had this glowing look toward my son.

I told my wife privately she may be looking at her future daughter-in-law.

She guffawed at my comments.

They married last July.

Their choir toured Italy last month, they graduate this Fall.

We found out last evening, we're gonna be grandparents.

That's wonderful!  Nothing like being a grandfather.  Is it the first?  I have one, and she lights up my life.  It's great.

Good news, Bruce! Congratulations!
Are you planning the first guitar yet for the youngster?

Steve

Thanks everyone, yes, it's my first.

Steve, you read my mind....

I'll be sure to let you all know of the event when it happens. The Mrs. and I are thrilled at the prospect. The gray hair and wrinkles will look quite natural now......

Wow, Bruce, that is wonderful news!! Congratulations. I've got two graddaughters, ages 4+ and 2. They are here now on the third night of a four night visit. It is fabulous. You will be a fantastic grandpa!!!!!

Hopefully the grandchild will get your good qualities.

Ron
