Well I finally got around to polishing this one up and taking some pictures.  Here are the spec's:

EIR Back and sides
Adi spruce top
Bloodwood bindings
Koa Rosette
Spanish cedar neck
Granadillo fretboard
Paua inlays and dots
Rosewood peghead and bridge
Colortone waterbased lacquer finish
12 Fret 25.4 scale

This was my 3rd build, but first completely scratch build.  A lot of firsts on this one.  First time thicknessing and joining plates, bending sides, making a bridge, making a slothead, compensating a saddle, making a fretboard, and the list goes on.  I am thrilled with with the sound coming out of this little thing.  I was very surprised at the volume and sustain the first time I strung it up.  I think it's a keeper!

That is a really great looking guitar.  I love the bloodwood bindings, particularly on the fingerboard. Beautiful inlay work, great looking Zoot, cool looking bridge, nice slot head design.  WOW!

I like the guitar catcher in pic # 6.
I mean that plane which will catch the guitar and keep it from hitting the table when it tilts over.   

Actually, I really like your use of Bloodwood, and have always admired its presence on EIR. Really pretty.
And the tops of your slots look most ambitious. Wow!

LOL!  I am glad I'm not the only one who see's that!  Actually it looked like a moustache to me.  Actually, this was my first attempt at making a bridge and after all the work that went into it, I just had to use it even if it did give the guitar some ....well... personality!

Thanks for all the kind comments.  The sweep in the heel was something I always wanted to do, and with this being a smaller 12 fret, I decided it would fit the overall design. I like it's look and I might keep doing it, only on a thinner scale. 

I also love the look of the grain lines and pattern on the Adi top.  To me it makes it look more 'real', like it has some history to it if that makes any sense.

The tops of the slots still need a bit of touch up.  I got tired of polishing yesterday and just wanted to get to snapping pictures.  I need to final sand and polish them.  The shape somewhat mirrors the top of the peghead.

On the workbench now is a SJ with a bearclaw top and Camatillo B&S set.  I have posted pictures of the zoot before, and the top is the one I thought I had flipped a plate on in an earlier post.

Tasteful appointments!! The care and quality of this build is even evident in the fretwork.

Lovely subtle heel inlay, and the general design of the guitar has a slight Art Deco feel.

Really nice. I also like your bridge shape. I didnt notice the cyclops at first, now I cant look at it without seeing it.

Sure is a Keeper. I also really like the appointments, and the curve of the heel. The dark color scheme really works well. I'm pretty fond of OOO-12's and OO's, so this is a nice one for me to see.
