This is my 8th. The top is Adirondack. I really like Adi. This OM is my best sounding guitar to date.
The top is thin at about .085" and very responsive.
The back and sides are EI rosewood bound with bloodwood. The rosette and end graft are afzelia burl. The neck is mahogany, oak and walnut.
The headstock is ebony and mahogany. The client wanted to make this guitar a tribute to his grandfather whom he credits his love of music to. The image is taken from a photograph and Photoshoped to B/W with high contrast. The black inlay is ebony dust and CA.

WOW Steve! The craftsmanship is top drawer and overall it is exceptionally pretty. Love the headstock inlay too!

Very nice, understated and elegant instrument Steve.

What weight does your bridge come in at?

I'm finishing off an OM with a top of similar thickness to yours and I'm wrestling with bridge weights at the moment.

I have a Brazilian one that will weigh in at around 25 grams which I'm thinking will be appropriate for a top like this.

I really appreciate the comments on the bridge. It is one of the few things on the guitar that is my original design, even if it is a take off of several different designs. Once I came up with the design, I had to figure out how to make it.   
I'm not terribly creative, so when I stumble on something that I like and others do also, I'm pleased and amazed.

Bob Connor, I weighed the bridge, but I forgot to write it down.
25 grams sounds about right, I think this one was a little lighter. I have plenty of sustain, even with the lighter weight bridge.

Steve it looks great.Seems to be a super thin top,which I think is the reason for the great sound.I`ve been tempted to make one that thin ,but it scares me a little.I`ve went as thin as .094 and it sounds great.Keep us posted on how it works out.Did you stick with the crystalac? Also I`m with everyone on the bridge,it`s exeptional.You`re truly very talented.Keep it up.

Yes, I am still using Crystalac, although this time I had to refinish it a couple of times. I think there was a contamination problem, but I'm not sure how or what.
If you go thin, just be sure to support it well.

I like that a lot. A lot of thought has gone into the design elements and they work together really well. The bridge is nice too. You must have a happy customer.

Steve, that's a great looking guitar, I like the aesthetics a lot. Steve's right the EIR/bloodwood works well together. You should be proud, as I know the owner will be.
