On one of the recent threads about Super Soft 2, I said that it wasn't available in the UK and getting it shipped was prohibitively expensive. Well, JJ ( and Bob J) PMd me and offered to buy some and get it posted to me, well I took JJ up on the kind offer and it arrived today. Result is I've got my Super Soft 2 for half the price it would have cost me direct. Now that's what I call a result.

For someone to go to such lengths, for no return to himself, to help a fellow that he has never met is what makes this forum special.

Thanks JJ, you're a great fellow.

Colin

Hey Colin...glad it arrived intact...I'm surprised it arrived so quickly. It was no big deal and I am happy for the opportunity to help out a fellow OLFer.

Now...go bend those pesky ebony bindings!

Being a budding guitar builder living close to JJ, I can personally attest to his kindness and generousity and most of all encouragement to get started in this addictive hobby. He will be assisting me on my first build as soon as our RH levels off to an acceptable build level. It's great to have someone so knowledgable and helpful living so close. JJ's an asset to this community for sure!
