I use the Medium and then the fine to finish it off. The yave worked well for me. I believe there is one grit that is even finer. But I haven't tried it.

Here is what I just ordered from Grizzly and it seems like these prices are quite a bit cheaper than the other place.
H0811 Menzerna Brown - Tripoli Prepolish Compound 14.95
H0813 Menzerna Yellow - Fine Polishing Compound 18.95
H0815 Menzerna Tan - Very Fine High-Gloss Compound 18.95

Grizzly

Smeone here on the forum was just selling some of these compounds just yesterdayJohn How38525.5078472222

Thanks, it's appreciated. Great forum. I'll see if Grizzly ships to Canada. If some one on the forum was selling coumpounds, give me a shout

I use the Stew-Mac compounds starting with med. then fine, and sometimes swirl remover to finish. I'm using a random-orbital sander with a buffing pad attached until I get my pedestal buffer. But I do get a surprisingly nice finish this way.
