hi there,
a guitarist i know has a 12-string that was converted into a baritone guitar. it sounds great and i'd love to attempt it (or ask a more talented friend to attempt it!). how do you think that was done? thanks!

I'm unfamiliar with the baritone. What string length does it have?

By wishful thinking.   

Do you have any pictures or details?
Unless he changed the scale length to 27.5" to 30" it is not a baritone. That would require a new neck.
