I have been collecting up quite a few back and side sets lately. I also have a variety of other odds and sods! Anyway, here they are!

A 25 and 15 foot radius dish. I made doubles for myself and found that I only use one. So these are $65 each, double laminated 3/4in MDF. 80 grit Sandpaper is also available for $20 per sheet.

Coloured fibre and maple sheets measure .020 x 6 x 36 and are $6.75 each.

Bindings for Weissenborn guitars. They are .1 by x .2 x 45 inches and are $6.75 each.

Ivroid bindings, haven't put them on my site yet. $4.25 each.

Flamed big leaf maple, 3 sets. $125 each

This stuff is AWESOME!! High Figure Bubinga. These first group of sets have wonderful sap wood present. There are occasional small worm hopes in the sapwood but are a very easy fill and actually add some interest! These sets are as figured as I have seen (I have a stash for my own use!) These ones are $295 each.

These next ones are also Figured Bubinga but without the sapwood. These sets are $275 each.

I also have these sets that are slightly less figure that are $225.

I also have some sets (8) that had a small split CA repaired in the side sets and these would be $215 per set. The crack is slightly visible in some but is really lost in the figure.

Please specify minimum size as I do have some smaller sets as well.

This is a curly claro weissenborn set. I have 2 but one might already be spoken for! They are $180 each.

I have one only curly claro walnut guitar set. $140.

I have quite a few cedar sets in stock. Below are the three general colour/figure you can choose from. They are all $40 each for this event, then back up to $50 after the event.

Next are some Indian Laurel sets, this is wonderful dense wood. I brought a bunch in for myself but have 8 sets available for others. $80 each.

I recently brought in a bunch more wood from Africa and India. With them I have some of the best EIR sets I have seen in a LONG time! These sets are quite thick (I talked to my supplier about that, it is a bit of a waste really!) and still a bit wet. I have 50 available and they are $110 each. They will be $125 after this event.

Here is a wonderful set of Aussie Blackwood, one only! $225.

I have also three sets of Birds eye Blackwood. $100 each

Practice sets! PRACTICE SETS!! Indian Mahogany, they have some mould stains and knots. The sides are wonderful but the backs just don't cut it!! I have 5 sets at $20 each.

I have 10 sets of EIR that are not perfect for a variety of reasons, but they are still certainly guitar sets!! They are $60 each. At this price they are almost practice sets as well!

I brought in this silver oak to try, it looks promising. I kept one to try and friend has another, I have three more available at $50 each

I have a variety of Tuners. To start this show I will offer mostly Sperzel sets: I have 6 sets for $50, 1 is open back, 2 are black and 3 are gold. I have 2 locking 6 inline sets, one red, one blue for $70 each. I have a single tuner style nylon set, very special! Also $50. I have this set of Schallers that I bought to put on my first guitar but it is going to get a set of open back Sperzels so this set is out the door for $30.

New, just in, more fret slotting blades. These are 6 inch blades with 5/8 arbor and .024 kerf. I have them specially made in the USA. They are $43.50 each.

I have 3 fret aluminum fret scales, 25.34 and 24.9 inch scale lengths on each one. $37.50 each

Eight Cocobolo Finger Board blanks, $7.50 each.

I have some more stuff that I will try to add if I can. If there is something else that is missing let me know. I am still processing Lutz tops to fill back orders so don't really have too much of that available but I will be posting some odd size sets that I have specially cut on spec for a few things.

Thanks stopping in and good luck!

Shane

Shane,

I'll take 3 sheets of the red, 3 of the green, 3 of the black, and 3 of the blue colored fibre sheets.

Thanks,

Ken

Hi Shane,
I'll take a fret scale. You can ship it with the blade and 2 tops.

Thanks, Danny Vincent

Hi Shane,

How thick are the EIR sets? Do you have any with red striping in the middle with really dark all around? I know last time you had some 20" long bundles of tops, if you have any more of those (Lutz, 3A) I will definitely take one.
Thanks!

Burton

Can you provide a measurement for "quite thick" on the EIR?

Shane - I would like two each of the colored fiber:black, blue and both greens.  Also, 2 of the Coco finger boards.

This will be it, in addition to the fret slot blade as mentioned in the much earlier thread.

Thanks,

The high grade EIR dimensions are as follows:

Sides - .275 x 5.5 x 34
Backs - .275 x 8.5 x 22

Burton,

I am sure that I do have a few sets with Red in the middle. The one pictured here has a bit of red starting to show but most don't!

Thanks

Shane

Wow, that is thick. With a woodslicer, that is 2 sets. Are they relatively smooth on the faces or very rough? If they are pretty smooth then I will take 2 sets. Any QS dark sets with red or lighter streaks is what I am after. Thanks,
Burton

Shane,

If I bought both radius dishes (exactly what I need), could you include
shipping with the price of 65 each?

Peter,

Shipping for both would probably be about $30. So I couldn't include that, but I could split it with you, You pay $15 for shipping and I would cover the rest. I usually sell these dishes for $75 each plus shipping.

Thanks

Shane

Thanks for the offer Shane.

Are these in "new" condition? If they are, I will gladly buy them from you
with that shipping offer. I like that they are pre-doubled and finished in
order to be water-resistant.

Also, these are for my first guitar, so I know that sandpaper can be nice in
the dish. You found that you only needed on set of dishes . . . how did you
do that - with sandpaper / without?

Thanks.

Yup Peter these dishes are indeed in "new" condition. I may have braced one guitar in them although I may have used my other dishes to that also. I have sandpaper attached to the dish and when I brace up the guitar I just lay kraft paper over the sand paper. Works great, no need for two dishes of each radius!

Yup paypal works best for me, I will get totals, including shipping costs, and PM those to each of you in the next couple of days, once we see where we are at with orders that need to be shipped. I have boxes coming for all back and side sets so they will be here by weeks end.

Burton, they are .275 with one side sawn and the other sanded smooth. I will skim sand your sets to get a sense of the colour but leave them as thick as I can for you if you like.

You got it Dave.

I am going to wait for the boxes to arrive before I ship, they should be here by the end of the week. I will let you know the shipping costs then.

Thanks
