I got a note this morning from the developer (other wise know as Alex and crew) ;)
He said that they have reset all the permissions "Globally" so everyone should
see the same things now.

Please use this thread to notify me if you are still having problems.

I tried as Grumpy and was able to log on, but again, the forums are locked.

In short, it didn't work.
