They are a good company, with fast reliable service. I use them quite a bit for violin related supplies.

i would second the very favourable comments above.

as a personal example, a few years ago i also ordered a large, for me anyway, supply of large sized ebony and eir headstock plates from them at a very attractive price. imagine my surprise and pleasure to find when they arrived that each was thick enough to resaw into two plates if desired. they were qs, the ebony very dense and black, and the rosewood very well coloured.

they always have gone out of their way to be courteous and helpful.

Ken and Lori are first rate sellers.

I've purchased four violins from them.

I also get my ebony bridge pins from them.

My electric bender came from there too.

Capos, clamps, and a few other things like finger planes.

I hate their website but love their catalog, still sending out the 06-07 as of the other day, with a flyer noting a few price changes, so you can tell they are frugal. Try 'em. 1 800 542-3538 or
http://www.internationaviolin.com sales@internationalviolin.com will get you a catalog on it's way. They are in Baltimore.

These guys are top notch! They are very good to their customers. I would not hesitate to buy anything they had listed. I have done a lot of business with them and have never been disappointed.

Kudos from my shop as well.
I recently placed an order with them for a batch of BWB as well as their WBW. The gent I spoke with on the phone took the time to measure his stock and then translate from mm's to .001's.
Just a little "above and beyond" than one normally receives.

Steve
