...make the link show up in the post window? I was trying to put a photo in a thread and it only showed up as a link. I used the 4th button from the left. Thanks Paul

If you want a photo, it is the 2nd and 3rd buttons from the right.

Brock, isn't there a way to have my site host a photo and this site display it? How did BD get the big photo of his wife on the "favorite guitar" thread? If I post one using the second button, it is like 1"x1".

See the two trees? the one is plain for linking off an offsite location. the other has the blue arrow, for uploading a picture to this site. The only problem, later when other websites change and the pics go away, the link will render a dead end and no photo.

When you select the plain tree, it will say ADD IMAGE. But it really should say ADD IMAGE LINK or something like that to be clear. But it works.

Here is a link to Brock's Avatar, hosted on this site. Can't tell any difference, can you? But say your website went away, so would your pic, but Brocks would remain.
