Hey Bob,
What's the finish on those? Is it that shellac stuff that reminds me of Nazi submarines? U beaut or something like that?

Dave-Wow! Do you need a stand to hold something like that when you play it?
Terry

Steve, Its a simple 2 x 4 jig with a 15* wedge for sanding the neck profile. I had
to glue and screw on a piece to raise it up from the vice.I have more room to sand now.

Dave (A)-Looks good, mate. I've been thinking about modifying mine like you've done. Thanks for the nudge.

Dave (W)-You're doing it again! Fantastic stuff.

Bob- Beautiful work as usual. Especially like the looks of the Blackwood/King Billy. Would you comment on the KB as a tone wood?

Keep it coming, fellas!

Steve

Ken Franklin very nice looking guitar! John How – beautiful use of pearl. Alex – love that rosette. Terry I like the progress pics done with the same background … guitars look great.

Bob Connor – beautiful work – talk about wood bling whoa!

Very cool double neck Weis’ee’s Mr. White

This will shock a couple of you….I am trying to cobble together a Single O style for my daughter Erin!

Thanks all.

Terry - the Blackwood guitar was finished with Ubeaut. The other 3 with Mirotone (pre-cat laquer)

Steve - I'll have strings on the King William guitar in the next week so I'll give a bit of an appraisal then.

Cheers

Bob

I've been re-organizing the shop...again. Can't seem to get it right. The electrician is coming Thursday - bought a new 3hp General Cabinet saw and 15 Planer before moving here 8 months ago and they've gathered enough dust - time for them to create some. Once the 220 outlets and wiring are done I'll be off to the races.

Otherwise, just finishing up a side bending machine. Patience is virtue...at least that's what my mom told me growing up...
