hey guys I can't remember which one of you it was that recommended Hanalei-Moon necks a while back but I want to thank you. With John being down and my self being behind on my build schedule an bit I was seeking some one to make a single neck for me to help me catch up. I have to say Chris Hanalei was great to work with and I got a great Horned. Mahog neck with awesome IRW laminate with nice color variation between gold and purple that match the back and sides beautifully and splendid Curly Maple center laminate.

I am now working with him on a special designed neck. Chris is the man

I will still use John Watkins from time to time. But it is nice to have more than one vendor for one offs every now and then and Hanalei-Moon is worth checking into if in the market for a pre-carved neck.

I'll third that recommendation.
I picked up a 24.9 slot head for my L-OO style project. Very nice neck and vendor follow up from Chris was great.
