Nice jig Max, thanks for showing the picture, looks like it would cut perfect wings everytime.

Well this is how my first classical bridge ended up. If I have to make more I'll have to invest in some of the jigs you guys have posted. Thanks

Whoa! Max! That is elegant!

I though I made myself a neat jig, but yours makes mine looks like the roughed out prototype of yours! Somehow I was convince that I would need a router table to make this sort of jig, but you just nailed it right on man! And on top I'm sure it leaves a much smoother surface than mine!

dang! I feel I'm going to be spending a lot of time whishing I had your jig!

Thanks for the compliments, Alain. Sorry, I addressed my earlier to Marc instead of Ricardo as intended. The design originally came from Ben Tortoricci, a Long Beach, CA classical builder. I saw it in the GAL Journal "It Worked for Me" section a couple years back and Ben was gracious to send me a whole series of close-up pictures along with detail instructions on building it.

It works great and only a limited amount of final finish sanding is required.
