Lance,

ASIA a professional organization right? On their website it said that they were a professional organization and that to me means professional luthiers. I didn't think that they wanted amateurs. If I'm wrong, I'd be willing to join just to get their publication and also donate to the cause.

Hey Lance,

Looks like you are getting PayPal'd up the wazoo! Mine should be to you also. Thanks for all the work you do to keep this forum going.

I'm always on the brink of being flat broke ( this wasn't a problem until I started actually paying for wood ) but how about another set of something for the auction?
Lance,

I sent something in via PayPal today but it said you had to register to claim it. Did you get it?

Jim
The problem may be a typo in the PayPal account name. Lance's earlier post showed this:
You can paypal me at
lance@kragenbrinkguitar.com

but should have been:
lance@kragenbrinkguitars.com

Lance,

I feel a bit like I'm letting the side down, I don't own (or want) a credit card and in Australia you can no longer deposit into paypal from a bank account. A personal cheque is no good 'cause your banks charge a fortune to clear them. I'm not giving up, I'll look into getting a international money order tomorrow. For some reason I won't feel right if I don't contribute to this in some way.

Thanks for the update. My payment also was awaiting to clear when I noticed your post and decided to check back at the paypal account. I also had the wrong address.

Lance--you may want to consider registering that name. You may have more money than you thought awaiting to clear.

Cheers!

John

I'm new here but you can count me in for $20. Forums like OLF are like an internet apprentice program. You have access to many Masters to teach and lend assistance. It's well worth the money!! Thanks

Lance,
So far I have been the beneficiary of an incredible amount of advice from many exper builders. Time to step up. I would like to send 100 bucks for advertizing if needed and the rest to support the forum.

Thanks again fellas - this has been great! Were better than 1/2 way covered for the annual add budget, which will be the next 4 issues of Guitar Maker, lets hope that the added exposer brings lots more great builders to the OLF!

Cheers!

Count me in for a few bucks.
This forum has saved me a lot of time (though, I can't say that I have saved MONEY!) and frustration.

The way I see it - if most builders are like the guys around here, then adding more could only be a good thing.
