That does it...I'm gonna quit building and use the money I save to buy a Kinnaird.

Steve, Wow, I really like this one! Understated elegance And excellence in building for sure.
The Hon. RW is really beautiful and the 3 piece back is very appealing. Also,I like your K logo !
You hit a grand slam with this beauty ! [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap]

EDIT: Steve, I really like your SJ shape too !!

Dave R-- Have your people contact my people, and we'll set up an easy payment plan.... laughing6-hehe

Dave A--You really are flattering me, you know. The logo as well as the guitar's shape are critical elements, reflecting the builder's taste and aesthetic judgment. If they strike you in a pleasing way, well then, there's some success. It's more than saying "Hey, I like guitars...and that sure looks like a guitar"...
So, many thanks!

Steve

You're very welcome Steve.
I do really like the rounded upper bout so much. I'm going to make a
guitar with the upper bout similar to yours if you don't mind? thanks

Steve, unfortunately I don't have people... gaah

Seriously though, if I was buying guitars instead of building them, your phone would be ringing.

Ah, Waddy, so true. Actually, I have a person, my dear wife, and I bet she could work out something w/ Dave R! :D And, Dave, thanks for the kind thought.

Dave A--copy away bud. This SJ shape is itself my interpretation of a Martin 0000 in the lower bout, and a Gibson slope shoulder dreadnought in the upper bout. (I suppose you could say the waist is mine, though it looks nothing like my waist, unfortunately....)
So yeah, it's all up for grabs isn't it? (Except the peghead, por favor)

Steve
