David, they call it the CarbonTech truss rod, here's a link (it's hidden away):

Officially it's only for necks they build, but I'm about 90% positive some fellow dutch amateur builders have had them install the truss into a neck of their own choice for them. Personally, I think they could make a hefty penny just selling the darn things, as I'd pay a pretty good amount for them (I mean, a dual action rod + two CF rods from LMI or StewMac will put you back somewhere around 45 to 55 dollars, if you buy per unit (and yes, there are cheaper places for CF, but let's compare 'premium' outlets with 'premium' outlets)...
