Well, after much relief, all three guitars I was worried about made it to Indiana pretty much unscathed! I was shocked to see my Gurian come right off the truck just wrapped in a furniture pad, but even more surprised to see it in the exact same condition I left it in.

My only concern is my Schramm classical. It arrived in the same shape in the case, however I think the humidity in the truck or warehouse may have affected the action a bit. Is this possible? The action seems just a little higher than it was before...not a lot, but just enough for me to notice. Is there any way to correct this? I've had it sitting in the house for 4 days under ideal humidity and it hasn't gone back. Any other ideas?

I have the same problems when we leave from NH and go to Key West for the winter, Goes from low here to high there and settles down a bit after a few weeks, so just let it rest a while and it should be fine.

John great to hear that you, family and guitars all made it safe. I bet just let the woods and guitar settle in proper cool and humidity awhile will correct the problem. If not, can be a relative easy fix.

I haven't even unpacked my clubs yet, but as soon as I do I'll really be itching to play. I drove past the Boilermaker golf complex yesterday and started having withdrawls hard.
