I've used it now on 4 Guitars and the result have been excellant, and I have saved a whole heap of time.

Many thanks for your help it is very much appreciatted.

Very cool. I was happy to help, but Paul should get all the credit... he turned me on to this. :-)

Nice work, and no credit necessary, that's what this forum is all about.
One word of advice: You might try to find a way to make the DeStaco clamps fall right in the center of the neck. Off to the side like that could potentially roll the neck to that side giving your neck a crooked tennon. Boy that would be confusing: "Why is the FB extension touching one side of the body but not the other"?

Thanks Paul

I used a couple of clamps I already had, I had the same thought as I noticed one I did was lifting off the back board as I clamped it in. I have ordered some clamps with a longer reach to combat this.

Once again thanks for all the help.

Russell,

I'll send you my necks, OK?

No Problem Colin I'll need the bodies too to set them.

That reminds me...I need to modify my current jig to bring it into "Woolsonesque precision". It sure would be nice if someone could draw up plans for sale on this! Any takers???
