Say, I was wondering , How's the quality of the "Bulk Buy" guitar strings?
Has anyone tested them?
Just curious!
Thanks, Walter

I hammered on a set of Med P/B strings for about 3 hours yesterday. Nothing broke and they sound every bit as good as anything else (to my deaf ears anyway). I think we did good.

I'm playing a set now. Well, not right now; right now I'm typing. But I've been playing a set at church for a week, and no one has asked me to quit.
Of course, they are a kindly bunch.

The strings seem fine.

I've used Euphonons for 2 years and love them. They sound as good as strings costing $10.00 a set. At $1.85 a set I can afford to change them more often than I would if I were paying retail...but now I am developing carpal tunnel syndrome!

If the bulk strings came from Walter L. At Euphonon, they are D'Addario's. Don't tell anybody I said this! Oppps. too late

I don't think so. D'Addarios have colored ball ends. These are all Brass. Though I'm pretty sure they are teh same strings that various "manufacturers" put their name on.

Well, I don't know if there is anything fancy about the packages I buy. But no, they aren't bulk. EVERy set of D'Addarios I've used in the last 2 or so years have had colored ball ends.
Hey if these turn out to be the same strings, GREAT, because I love D'Addarios. Just don't like to pay for them.
