I just wanted to pass on to the group here that I received my package from Colonial Tone Woods today. One of the reasons I joined up here was because I was on the hunt for Ovangkol and they have some. I contacted them through the link on this forum. The service was great, delivery timely and the wood looks awsome. I can't wait to use it.

I just had to open this thread, because when you get as old as me that is a special event

Steve at Colonial is top notch in my book. He has even gone out of his way to help me out when he certainly didnt have to. I would HIGHLY reccommend colonial to anyone without any reservations at all. As a matter of fact, ALL of the forum sponsors have been excellent to deal with and I have always got extremely high quality goods from them at reasonable prices. Right now I think I have done business with every one of them except D-TAR and the Montreal festival. Montreal is on my list of shows to attend for next year.

I'm one happy camper with the quality and service that each one has given me!
