Sorry so long absent on forum, but one crisis has brought another. I told you of Rach's health problem visa vis Mexico. After that I took a downward turn with my bi polar. At the same time I was trying to reduce my blood sugar so I could undergo the wonderful neck laminectomy. During this time had checkup and You guessed it, cancer of the prostate. Hve undergone 1st hormone treatment,3 weeks of radiology treatment completed with 44 needed. if that is not enough, Rachel had a bump in the groin area looked at and it is malignant lymphoma. She has undergone 3 weeks of chemo and should start radiation next month. Had to come up with all money in reserve to aid her in paying for egg harvest in case something goes wrong during treatment. .An attempting to get up on the horse and start working on my guitars

Both you and Rachel have been in my thoughts so know that we are pulling for ya.

Glad your getting back to it. Bless your hearts ( as they say in here in the south) that is just about too much to go through. I hope all is getting better. You have many friends with the OLF that will be moral support at the very least during tough times. Best wishes and prayers sent your way.

Geez Bob,

Talk about fair share of troubles. But you have a great attitude which indicates you are a good man with a ton of guts. Thank goodness medical science has gone forward in leaps and bounds over the last few years. I am sure that a positive attitude and faith in the fact that the people who are treating you know exactly what they are doing will see Rach and yourself looking back on this difficult time together as a strength building exercises for you both.
