Anyone know of one? Having a real hard time tracking some down. Anyone here sitting on a big stash?

Todd I tried Martin a while back when I was pricing a refret for someone on an old Orpheum they don't have it. Try TJ Thompson, I understand he may sell it these days.

T.J. is the man with the bar fret. I believe he bought out the remaining Martin stock and has many thicknesses available.

Oh No! Not another learning experience!

Does anyone know how to get in touch with TJ Thompson? I'd heard elsewhere that he has it, but he doesn't seem to have a website.

Hey, thanks Louis, thats great! I've sent an email inquiry to Martin, but haven't received a reply.

Mail only huh? Wow.. that's a rarity these days...

Martin does in fact no longer sell the bar fretwire. I guess I'm going to have to mail this T.J. fellow, as Vivian doesn't seem to be very active here anymore.

Just to let everyone know, TJ Thompson is still the best source for bar fret stock. Viv's original post re: sizes is still valid. I bought some from him a couple of weeks ago. Just send him an email and he'll respond in a day or two. He was very helpful.
