Pawtucket, Rhode Island, one of the armpits of New England. Yes, they DO exist.
Truthfully, it isn't really all that bad, at least compared to next-door Central Falls which is the (illegal) drug capital of the northeast.

Social Circle Georgia. There is an old well in the middle of town, in the middle of the main drag really where, supposedly, folks used to gather in a sort of circle and socialize. Small town. Good food, great folks, lots of legends.John Kinnaird38660.667962963

I live in the woods, in Berkshires Hills, in the town of Becket Mass.

That is western Mass much closer to Albany NY. than Boston.

Stop by.

Mississauga Ontario, Canada, about 30 minutes from my archtop bud Anthony Zlahtic in Toronto, and 40 minutes from both Exotic Woods and A&M woods, both of which have great selections of tonewoods and stuff.

Drop around anytime ... love to make dust and music.

Tony,

Nice to see you here... I'm flabbergasted every time I see your website...those are some gorgeous guitars you build! Hey, if you don't need those Brazilian logs, I'd be happy to take them off your hands..!

Yes indeed Wes. How did you know that piece of geographic trivia? Did you see it in Southern Living?

I think we are about 34 or 35 hundred miles from Colier Row. There is a sign pointing to Colier Row in the center of town, near the well actually, with the milage on it but I cannot recall with clarity just what it says.

John, I lived in GA about 10 years, just got back home to TEXAS (no offence ) about 2 1/2 years ago. I never ate up there but heard a lot about it. Always heard it compared to one of my favorites, Buckner's, on 75 down toward Macon.

BTW, we lived in Warner Robins.

I'm from Odessa, Texas just like Michael P.

When folks ask me where Odessa is, I usually reply "Five hours from nowhere...", so Michael is right.

But, West Texas does grow on ya...
