Since I started planing my port orford cedar neck, I havent seen or been biten by any insects in my shop. No flies, no mosquitos nothing. The blank Im working on is particularly strong smelling and I left a ton of shavings on the floor from thicknessing the headstock.

I googled it and port orfor cedar oil is sold as a natural mosquito repellent, now I have a reason to not clean up my chips. lol
