Does anyone here have any experience with F/R and especially with the Explorer. I am building one but am not sure whether or not to include the 2 degree neck angle or make it straight like a Tele. I am building the neck with a 10 degree headstock angle but want to do a bolt on rather than set.

Hello Mike !

of course, you can use a f/r qith an explorer... You have to calculate the neck angle with the floyd height, the fretboard thickness, etc...

Here is a link with a calculator : http://www.tundraman.com/Guitars/NeckAngle/Index.cfm ;)

See ya !

Ben
