Hi there,

I normally build acoustics, but due to high humidity here at the moment, I thought I would have a crack at building an electric ( I'm going stir crazy not being able to build )

I have found a good plan for the body of a 60s Strat, and have been making good progress on the body - but I am having difficulty finding a plan that I can use to make the neck/headstock template.

Does anyone know where I can get hold of a neck plan - preferably in .pdf format. Either something I can print off at 100% to use to make the template, or something with all the dimensions that I can draw a full size plan from.

Thanks

Dave.

Thanks very much to those that have replied.

Wim - I will try printing a copy of the plan from the file that you sent. Unfortunately as there are very few measurements on the plan, I do not know if this is the correct scale or not. I will give it a shot and see how it measures out.

If there are any other plans out there I would sure appreciate it.

Thanks

Dave

I have a 3d model that was posted on cnc zone. I don't know if that will help you or not, but you are welcome to it.
