thanks filippo. those pics helped. i had a heart cath today where the dr went thru my arm instead of the groin, and i am not suppose to use the hand fro 48 hrs. [headinwall] [headinwall] therefore the all small.

trev, if i understand you correctly, there is a flat where the hardware sits, then the carve blends into that?

i will post a new thread showing the quasi tele and if ya'll get a chance, give your input, that war i won't detract from this beautiful build thread.

Filippo, that guitar is truly exceptional-looking!

I think I like bug secretions! Do they run deep enough so that the wood can be well bookmatched? And, do they mean bug holes too..?

Thanks,
Sondre

I'm not usually one for emoticons, but let me begin by saying:

bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss bliss
[clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap] [clap]

And if that wasn't clear enough, I'll add that following this build has been a true pleasure, and I'm thrilled to see and hear the finished product. The new owner must be overjoyed. I can only imagine the sense of accomplishment you must feel. Also, seeing it side by side with the PRS makes me further appreciate just how graceful that top carve is. Congratulations!

One request though. Any chance the client could get a high-quality audio clip recorded? As great as it was seeing those videos, the youtube quality audio doesn't do it any justice. Sounds like it's running through 12 stacked fuzz pedals.

Really nice guitar, and really really nice sound! eek

And really innovative to put side dots both sides  You can now say that Hendrix could one day take you guitar and play without being lost.

Seriously, congratulations, that's amazing work!

Francis
