Just played on a Mighty Mite tele neck the other day. The guitar wasn't set up right, and the frets needed work, but it was straight as an arrow, pretty as hell, and seemed like good build quality. Can't speak for the others.

You can get Fender necks, but the last time I checked (through my local Fender dealer) they were $350-$450. Not planning on paying that for a neck anytime soon.
Allparts necks are great, and they are a licensed fender manufacturer, and build necks for Fender Japan.

USA Custom Guitars are also an excellent choice.

Watch for web sales/specials with both those companies and you can get a really nice neck for cheap.

As for the afformentioned Mighty Mite necks, I have one on my main strat, and love it. It required a fret level and dress and a new bone nut, but many necks costing 2 or 3 times as much do as well. As a matter of fact, whenever I have occasion to use a neck not made by yours truely, it gets that treatment regardless of who makes it. You could do a lot worse for your money than Mighty Mite.

Allparts necks are actually built by Fujigen Gakki who also builds for Fender Japan among other makes.
There are many choices for aftermarket necks ,Best Guitar Parts,Warmoth,Guitar Mill,USACG,Edenhaus,Moses Graphite,Musicraft, plus a few more mentioned previously.
All have good and bad points. All will function after a good setup is done.
All say they have the highest quality, but we all know that can be price dependent and subjective.
