About to start buying my CA in larger bulk. What viscosities are y'all finding most useful on the Starbond stuff? Seems like I recall some saying that the Medium Thin was just right for wicking in on bindings and rosettes vs. the Very Thin? Don't want to wind up with 16 oz bottles of stuff I won't use.

So what Starbond products do y'all find yourself using most?

I use the EM-02 Very Thin for bindings and other places where I want the glue to wick, and the Medium Thick for joints where the glue is spread on first, and for drop fill repairs.

I'm very happy with the EM-02 for applications using it's wicking ability. I usually join backs that way too.

I use everything except the "thick"

I use the thin and medium as described above, and the thick for fingerboard to the neck, I have had all viscosities in my refridgerator for a couple years now and it still works fine, a spritz of accelerator and all of it still dries( or sets up) immediatly. Jody

StarBond good stuff!
Thin for general CA gluing where you need quick bond and wicking.

Medium thick for longer open time, gap filling like pore filling, and for uses as a finish on things like pens and other turnings.

The extra thick is ok but not really needed and the extra thin is great for quick wicking but is hard to control the flow.
