Here are 2 units ( build #2-3) just coming out of the hopper recently. The OLF was a great resource during these , and I thank you all for help I recieved during the trials.

Need to work on the photo thing, looks like.

They are a 00-40 Mahogany, and a 000-40 Brazilian 12 fret on a 14 body.

Michael

Mike; Thanks for the Compliments ....I think they sound great .....but i'm going to pass em around a bit to get feedback.

I have 3 more started...so much invested in luthier tools now...I can't back out.

I have a Martin , and they seem to compare well to that. I'm sure I'm biased.

Your not far behind John.....stay the course.

4-5-6 in the backround. A 00...a 000 and a slope shouldered Dred.
I studied inlay (and still do) with David Nichols (Custom Pearl Inlay)...really enjoy the inlay part.

I'm workin on better photos.

Michael

I really like the way you detailed the headstock slots. Very nice!
What's the finish? It looks flawless in the pics!

I never saw it Alain. No harm done.

Regardless of how these guitars look, I'm as green as anyone here. I won't go into all the stupid things I've done, so far.

Most of the rest of us are green with envy. I won't go into the stupid mistakes part!
Dave used to hate everytime I'd call. He knew he had to cut out more "JBrentrup" logos and always said "Not you again!"

After many tries here's the best shot I can muster. Very dark set of Brazilian. And thank you Hans.!!
