In trying to track down the source about info on padding KTM9 on, I found my notes. It wasn't Stuart Ketchin, but a post by Jimmy Caldwell (thanks, Jimmy) here on OLF in this thread:

I did't have access to the GAL reference by Greven, so I did some experimenting (on scrap, if you can believe it).
