Sorry about that. I know the OLF draws a little fire for our strata system.... It was always intened to signify your history with the community (sort of like having a low employee number @ a tech start up) not a claim about each member's proficiency as a builder.... So I tried to come up with more generic terms.

I am certainly welcome to suggestions.
