Anyone else on any other forums other than this one and project guitar?
For making guitars that is. I'd like to see what other communities are out there and other builds going on.

I agree that's the main alternate, but also luthiercom, ANZLF, acousticguitarconstructionforum, AGF, etc etc etc. (But I'm assuming you know this since you no doubt googled "guitar forum" before asking)

Don't forget the "Tele Home Depot" section of TDPRI: http://www.tdpri.com/forum/tele-home-depot/
And Talkbass has a Luthiers Corner: http://www.talkbass.com/forum/f57/

+ about 1000 for the TDPRI!
IMHO there is no other forum on the internet that even comes close to the amount of information about building electric guitars that can be found there.
If I had never built an electric guitar, and the only information I could find was the TDPRI, I'd be good to go, and be cranking out really nicely made guitars in no time flat. The sheer wealth of knowledge there boggles the mind.
Nothing holds a candle to it, IMHO.

I have a lot of fun over there. Very friendly people for quite some time now.

There are step by step builds you can join whether you are a beginner or not.

I come here for additional tips. I love the search engine here also.

The Padma finds home there and he just posted that he has a part in a movie filmed in his area. He plays an "old arrogant French General who is somewhat insane" (his words).

MLP Luthiers corner IMO is one of the best for electric builds :)
