Great video, Chris. I'll confess I skipped some, but only because I'm familiar with the jig. Here's mine, built from scrap plywood. The neck angle is adjustable through adding and taking away spacers and washers.

It looks like a nifty jig, but I do not make a super-tight neck joints.
You need space for glue and humidity changes.
