   I also would like to have one, however, Grizzly does not want to ship to Canada! Bunch of.... So I bought some replacement parts for a spindle sander (rubber bushing with .5 inch hole and some assorted grit sleeves) and I'll be building my own, probably this week. I can keep you posted if you're interested. By the by, I really like your bridge design...

Hi Sylvan, thanks for the pictorial. I have one question if I may ask,

I noticed that you use the neck jig for leveling your fingerboards, as do I, but how do you know what the proper string tension setting is prior to setting up and tuning the guitar?

Matt -
I only use the neck jig to "lock" the guitar down so when I am working on the
fretting the entire instrument is stabilized. I do NOT use the jig as I would in
a refret situation.

A conclusion must be drawn from seeing these pics:

1. Sylvan is actually retired - - OR - -

2. This isn't his Real shop - - OR - -

3. He's doing really well with the business.

Because there's WAY TOO LITTLE DUST in there to be a real shop! However, if #3 above is true, then he pays someone to clean it!

OK Sylvan, how DO you keep it that clean?
