here's a rosette cutter jig i attempted making for the last few days, it's a rosette cutter inspired from the latest threads and hopefully, it's gonna help me with that daunting task!

Here it is

I did a couple test runs with it and it was easy to swivel around but it needs a few adjustments and i'll need to buy some more stuff for my dremel like an adapter for smaller bits. Looks promising so far!

Thanks for lookin'

Thanks Hesh,

if Lance wants it there, he can certainly add it but i think he would need permission from one major sponsor for copyright reasons Let's just say i took a picture from the internet, printed it out, took some measuments on the pic and applied the rule of 3 for real time measures to help me build this. If anyone needs more instructions, they can PM me and i'll be glad to help.

The plexiglass was easy to cut either with my jigsaw and my 9" Mastercraft bandsaw, even my dull blade was up to the challenge. I''l post the results ASA the adjustments are made!

Thanks

I'm not really good in math but i remembered that old trick from college, lets say on paper you measure 3 inches and you know for fact that this 3 inches equals 7 inches in reality. another measurement on paper gives you 1.8 inches so all you need is the rule of 3: if    3.0 inches = 7 inches
1.8 = x?

1.8 x7/3 = x inches, if that makes any sense
