Hi a friend has asked me to replace the clear plastic pick guard on his Oakwood bouzouki and I am looking for any advice on the best way to tackle this.

I remove PGs by heating them with a hair dryer and spatula. It doesn't need to get to hot (in fact you shouldn't). Keep it moving over the PG. Any remaining residue I remove with Naptha. Then apply the new PG.
