Well a week or so ago I had an order in at StewMac for some purfling and other consumables. So I decided to pick up a few sticks of their Sitka brace stock, the 20 x 3/4. anyway I got my order in and 2 of the planks were way out of quarter. I called and asked if there was a spec amount of out of quarter they considered as good to go. They said that they try to maintain only well quartered stock. I did not ask that these two planks be replaced and left it at that. Low and behold yesterday a package with my FULL brace stock shows up at my door. every piece is near perfect quartered.

Now that is great customer support. Thanks Stewmac

Yes I agreem, they are a class act, and they WILL hand select stuff for you, they have picked out some amazingly black fretboard for me, all I did was put it in the note section when I made the order.

Will they give us a 50% discount on Waverly's if we ask?

Don, would that be nice or what, if they do, I'm in on the group buy. Kind of doubt it though!
