So its taken me a few months to get to the point where I got a chance to try out my new Kett Endgraph jig.
I knew the concept was good, but how did it really work? Was it as easy as 1-2-3? Guess what!

Below is a short photo story line of how I used it.
I know for a lot of you guys/gals out there cutting the end graph is easy, for me its a PITA! last time I did one it took me the better of 3 hrs to get perfect.

Here you see the .250 bit, made for a single pass - no purflings, Mark included 3 different guides for no purflings, 2 lines and 3 lines.

Here im inserting the router into the guide (ive actually already cut it, but I wanted this pic to explain.

Making the pass

After one pass

Rough channel cut.

Quick pass with sandpaper.

The .250 binding falls right in, snuggly. flood with CA - done! Total time including set up, about 15 minutes.

Bruce, yes it does the tapered wedge too. I also have one of them. I do a demo when somebody requests a tapered wedge. I suspect it will work the same.

Lance, I keeping checking Mark's web site but still haven't seen this jig. Would you happen to know if he is going to add it to his inventory, or was this just a custom build?

Don, shoot Mark an email, Id be willing to bet he'd be happy to make you one. It wasn't a special order.
