Hi EVERYONE, It's been some time since I checked in here. Been real busy.
First Off, We started a Torrified Product Line Project in August. Sending 2 pallets of billets to a vacuum kiln outfit in the midwest US and then to the Roaster.
The material made it's long journey back to Alaska end of October and we have started re-sawing into product and listing in the store.
To find the Torrified products, which are "variations" to already listed type/size/sort/grade. Carved Top and flat top, figured and non-figured. One can type Torrified in the search bar and see the products currently listed. https://alaskawoods.com/?s=torrified&po ... oduct_cat=

Right now there are 14 sorts and there will be more in the coming days/weeks. No pictures yet.. They are just torrified versions of our already well established and known grade sorts.

We have lots of Sawn Bracewood, so I put that on sale at about 30% off, until the end of the month.

I'm happy to report we are now a major Supplier for CF Martin. We have a stack of PO's for 2020, for lots of their #1 sort tops[AA and better], and are now putting together qnty, and frequency for their #2 sort [A grade] We are bringing in new equipment for higher production. We definitely have the wood fiber. Happy Days!

Thanks for the heads up, Brent! Puttin' some 29% marked down sawn bracewood on my Christmas list. Always a good stocking stuffer. My wife and daughter can't pick out presents for me very easily.
