Well, here is #2 all closed up, thought I would share a few pics. It's got a really nice, lively tone, coming out of the box at this point, hope this means it will sound good strung up....can't wait to see/hear!

It's Cocobolo / Sitka/white spruce combo.....what's your experience(tonewise) with this combo?

Greg

Very Nice.
Personally I LOVE cocobolo guitars. So far, 4 of the 9 completed or started
guitars of mine are cocobolo. 3 are OM's that are completed and they have
the best sound of anything I have made. Now I matched that with cedar tops
though. The one under construction is spruce Cocobolo, (SJ with Lutz 12
string)

you will love that OM cocobolo guitar. They are a bit heavy but who cares
with that sound!!!!!!   Out of curiosity, how deep is it. Mine are 4.5 at the
end block and 4 at the neck. I cannot tell how deep yours is.

Keep posting picts along the way

This one is actually a 000-13 fret to the body. 3 3/4" at the neck & 4 5/8" at tail. Approx. 20 1/2" long. I'll take some more pictures along the way.

Greg

Greg, good looking box man. Do you happen to have a cough that won't go away? Be very careful about inhaling any dust from the coco. It'll get 'cha. I know. Beautifulest wood in the world! Congrats.
