Hi Guys- How much space do I have from the outer edge of the tuner hole until the end of the washers? I need to know for the inlay placement.

Let me know ASAP O.K?

Thanks!

I believe you are speeking of the OLF build #1 andI am not sure what tuners are going on it but a good rule of thumb is 1/8" but this varies from maker to makerMichaelP38814.742037037

Craig, no washers, bushings. I'd say you need one in hand. Someone got a measurement?

Sorry, they are in Morral Ohio, I bet someone can measure one for you Craig. Look above at the bushing. That pic came from the detals section on StewMacs website under Waverleys. So notice that the nut looking bushing is a press fit.

The nut looking portion over hangs the press in bushing which is tapered .331 to .348. You do not have a round edge to deal with, you have a hexagon to deal with there Craig.

What kind of tuners are we using. I have a couple of sets of most major types of tuners laying around. I can measure them.
