Nice to see some really good ideas here happening and some discoveries about our search engine too. I like Ed's idea of a FAQ for the most common stuff that we are asked over and over and over and over again.

I like Bob's reasoning too and desire to have the best thread over time migrate to the top of the list. Very cool.
