I have thought about the camera thing before, but my shop is in my apartment and is so laid back I think it would kill the vibe. People always freak out, my wife and I have a huge apartment by NY standards so when you enter you walk through a really nice living room and then into a guitar repair shop. It has a leather couch with a table in front of my main work bench with all the current guitar mags for the while you wait repairs. I like to get testimonials for my website though. It has made a huge difference. I have a file with tons of them that people have sent me. I change them every now and then on my site.
Jason, as far as the security camera goes I have only been married for less than 2 years so I think they may catch some inappropriate behavior every now and then
Matt, I am not sure if we met, I was pretty shy the first few days at ASIA. If not I look foward to meeting you, are you going to GAL?
