Ha! Creative but think I'll wait to see how the market accepts it.

I saw a fantastic online talk with her, Ken Parker, and Michi Matsuda a little while back...

Here it is, Harvard Graduate School of Design no less, and it also has Ulrich Teuffel and Jamie Gale and is hosted by Burton LeGeyt.

The cost of the guitar is chicken feed compared to the refrigerated case required.

Sigh indeed, as we all react to the headline without bothering to read the article or watch the video...
Edit: I mean the YouTube video in post 4.

Frankly the article looks like mostly fluff to me, having seen the (edit: YouTube) video first.

She's just experimenting with composites using materials that few others of us have thought to try.

Very interesting builder in my opinion.

Before posting, I watched the video. The article is a transcript of the video. I didn't see or hear anything that made me think this was a good idea. Maybe history will prove me wrong about that.

Some very respected high level builders in that youtube video. I'm still struggling with the "new concept" utilizing most of my limited intellect. I'm also willing to be proven wrong.

Don I agree with you about the article and video in the original post, insubstantial fluff aimed at a non luthier audience.

I meant to refer to the YouTube video in post #4 which is all luthiers and way more in depth and interesting. I’ll edit my post to clarify.
