I bought a used LMI rosette cutter for the drill press a while back. I need some replacement blades, but can no longer find them at LMI. Does anyone have a source for the blades.
Do you know if a blade is available to cut a .030" channel. The smallest blade I have cuts a 1/16" channel.

I assume this is the tool you have: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3aGMy0nXp6U

For something as thin as .030" You might regrind something like an old pocket knife blade or even a Stanley knife blade. For thicker inserts you could buy a length of tool steel and regrind it to various widths.

Unless you are doing multiple rosettes to the same dimensions that tool looks like a PITA to set up and test (O'Brien seemed to indicate as much at the end of the video).
