This one is a gift for my wife....she doesn't know yet! Wanted to finish it today but again I can't find the time and ran out of fret wire! missed it by one fret!
Next I'll glue on the bridge and it will be ready!

Anyway....just sharing some pics.

Great looking guitar! I like the curves--nice tight waist on that guitar. It looks sharp.

Cheers!

Wow Peter that's great. How many guitars have you built now? Also are you using larger than normal fret wire or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

Graham, you got good eyes!! I tryed the jumbo fret wire from LMI and I tell ya....hard to cut!! It actually damaged my cutting plyers! first and last time using it. This is my 5th guitar now and never had such a hard time with fret wire!

The sad part is, since I ran out of fret wire I will have to buy a whole new 4 feet just for one fret!! Then again, maybe my wife wont notice one less fret!

Oh, well....it could be worse peterm38829.883900463

I love the blend of woods on this one. It's really nice. Love the rosette.

Peter, I'm sure someone here has a 4" length of large fret wire they'll mail you?! (Step up guys, you always come thru for me!!!)...I'd hate to see you buy 4' plus s/h from a supplier for ONE fret!    Beautiful guitar too, your wife'll love it...she is, as Napolean Dynamite would say, "LUCKEEEEEEEEE"!
