Can you give me a rundown on how you did this and got such a good joint?

Ronn, Here is a link to the post when I was about to deliver the guitar. There is a good explanation to the cutaway. The biggest up side to a non-bound cutaway is the wood selection. Rosewood is easy to hide gaps.
