Wow, Hesh those are realy nice sets.

Better be carefull, Lacey will be wanting a cruise soon.

Actually, your honey-do list will probably get much longer.

Cool cool cool

Coming onto 10 years in December.

I still don't know everything (And don't expect to anytime soon either).

Oh Ya

What do we call you two, The Heshtones?

I also notice that Lacey got the nice looking avatar Hesh.

Thanks Rod. You'll see that inlay on the next guitar due back into the homestead sometime in the next week or two. We can't wait!

Rats!   I wanted those two sets !
In fact, I nearly tried to buy that first one.

Congrats! I'm sure they will make great unbursted guitars!

Not to pass the buck but Michael is working on those as he finds time to squeeze it in. I am patient, but eager.

Boy, Hesh, you've got some package in that Lacey.

Lacey, I hope you make it to Hawaii, you deserve it.

Congrats on doubling your Brazilian pleasure, Hesh! Happy, happy!

O.K., now this might be a delicate subject at your house, but you've been so successfully busy at building what, to me, look like fine instruments that you're running out of space. Have you been putting those guitars in the hands of players other than yourself? It seems like, at your level of accomplishment, you should be seeking restraining orders against the guitarists lurking outside your condo! It's okay to let those babies go, my friend. Besides, there are probably a couple of trips to Hawaii sitting by your stereo right now (and I don't mean just the cost of the wood)!
I thought that BRW would be a great base to have Tony paint a full body burst on...
I just rent my clothes and sat in ashes and sackcloth for an hour before I came back and saw the "I'm Kidding"! What a joke you played on me.

I checked in with money in hand also but alas, all were gone. I got one last week though but it's only big enough for a 00. I really want to build a 000 out of brw one of these days.

Howdy Hesh-

That is awesome about getting both sets you wanted and you have a great wife too. I was online and had outlook express open when I heard the "weekly special" email from Allied download. I went right away to the Specials page and everything was gone but the one set that is shown above. You aren't kidding about taking only minutes for the Brazilian to disappear. What is it about Braz RW that turns mild-mannered builders into online piranhas - it's like a feeding frenzy when that weekly email shows up!

I was looking through the different sets and noticed that there was one left and immediately put it into my shopping cart and tried to check out. I forgot to log in and panicked because it showed my cart empty. I had to log in and go back to try to put it back in my shopping cart. Luckily it was still there and I got the last set. I was in a panic when I thought someone else might get it when I had to go back to log in - whew!

I'm looking forward to those AJ plans too - I just found a copy of Dan Erlewine's book on flat-top Gibsons and that got my juices going. They really are nice guitars.

Happy building-
