So, we leave tomorrow morning for Disneyland. Yaaaaaahooooooooo.

So, do any of you have any good "secrets" you'd like to share? We are just going to Disneyland, not any of the other parks in the area. We have 4 full days in Disneyland so we should be able to see everything.

See you in about a week.

Disney LAND in California, not Disney WORLD in FLA?

I went to Disneyt land12 years ago, it was OK for half a day in my books. Now my wife wants us to take the Family to Disney world for a week. I am living in fear.

Something they have in FLA that you might want to check on for an equivalant in CA is something called "Chef Mickey". It is breakfast with the characters. It is really well done and a "must do" in my book.

We have done breakfast with the princesses, and some of the other themed breakfasts and dinners, but the Chef Mickey experience outshines all the rest.

You might call them and ask them if they have something like that. The kids love it.

I would love to checkout Knotts Berry Farm, but with 5 kids all under 6 years old, we have decided to just stick to Disneyland.

We are staying on site so that will be cool too.

Brock, thanks for the suggestion, I know that they have Goofy's Kitchen, same kind of idea, big buffet as well, we have reservations for that one and one other character restaurant as well.

I hope that 4 days is enough to see Disneyland and California Adventure and not stress out about it. We want this to be "leasurly" if possible.

1.) Park at an onsite hotel if they have it in CA. In FLA.,you park there and go to the front desk for tickets then board the monorail into the "kingdom". Saves time and avoids some of the crowding at the main gate.

2.) Use the fast pass. If you don't know, ask!

El Kabong and Babalouie! Seems appropriate for a luthiers forum, don't you think?

Went to DisneyWorld in Fl. Best vacation of my life, hands down, no competition...and I've had some good ones. If you have the attitude of a child, you'll have a blast like nobody's business.

I still have about a half ounce of gold flakes I paned at Knotts berry farm when I was a little tike in the 60's. I don't know if they still have the slew or not but I still remember it with as much fondness as Disneyland.MichaelP38882.6918171296
